I’m kind of in love with Etsy.com – an online community featuring all hand made products.  The site has absolutely ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you could think of!  I work with a Nonprofit Organization, Village Exchange Ghana, that has recently opened an Etsy shop: etsy.com/shop/LadyVoltaCrafts.  Lady Volta Crafts that is all hand made in Ghana, West Africa.  Lady Volta Crafts partners with designers, such as Robyn Berg of Kate Henri and Becky Wignell of Swank Jewellery, that come and volunteer with the project to create gorgeousness!  I’m all about shopping for a cause!

Shop for a Cause: World AIDS Day

In honor of World AIDS Day, I wanted to show support for the M.A.C. AIDS Fund. True fashionistas know that shopping is always more satisfying when you’re shopping for a cause! Every cent of the selling price of VIVA GLAM Lipstick and Lipglass is donated to the M.A.C. AIDS Fund to support men, women, and children living with HIV and AIDS. E.v.e.r.y.s.i.n.g.l.e.c.e.n.t.!! Very impressive indeed. I shall now take this time to pay homage to the original VIVA GLAM Lipstick introduced in 1994: a deep red that is outspoken, glamorous and universal in its appeal.
